from gofundme:
Brandon Tate-Brown was wrongfully and fatally gunned down by a Philadelphia Police Officer on Dec. 15th. The details of the story and circumstances surrounding his death do not add up. Everyone who knew Brandon knows that he is innocent. He was on a good path to living a great life and it was tragically shortened at the young age of 26. He was a wonderful young man with a good heart and a bright future. We need to get justice for Brandon. All doantions will go to Brandon’s family for funeral costs and to fight for justice. Please donate and share! Let’s help his family in their time of need.
Brandon’s life matters!
The following words are from his mother, posted on her Facebook page:
Today, I lost my son, Brandon Tate Brown. While to a lot of people who may and may not know him his life meant everything to me. I birthed Brandon on 11/1/88 a…fter about 48hours of labor. He had the biggest eyes, smile and heart. He was raised in the Northeast in Liddonfield Homes from the age of 3 years old. Growing up in PHA which was not an easy task. Brandon went to school in the northeast and went to Lincoln high school. He was my oldest son who loved hard. He was a happy and popular young man. He was growing and maturing, moving into his first apartment just 8 days ago. He loved his job and he Thanked God for all he was accomplishing. I unfortunately told my son Brandon about 4 months ago, it was time to pay his own life insurance and I dropped it. I’m so sorry I did that. Needless to say, I’m in trouble now. I pray I can give my son a decent funeral and burial as I truly believe he deserves. Jesus please help me!
God Bless us all.
