The next speaker is with the Human Rights Coalition. They are reading letters from incarcerated people who took part in hunger strikes in Pennsylvania.

The next speaker is from Workers World Party. She mentions how “one of the main torturers” at Abu Ghraib got his training at SCI Greene Prison in Pennsylvania–Charles Grainer.
A woman from Black Alliance for Peace is now speaking. She tells the crowd about the incredibly low health, safety, and respect standards at Aramark including maggots in potatoes, and fried chicken and grape koolaid served as a special during Black history month.
The next speaker reminds everyone that today is the anniversary of the murder of 17-year-old Jonathan Jackson, who in 1970, was killed trying to free the Soledad Brothers from prison.
